All Nexgen composite products are pultruded to insure uniform quality and predictable performance. The resin system is made up of a high performance Polyurethane composition. Nexgen is reinforced with biaxial stitched e-glass fabrics, continuous strand mat and aligned unidirectional rovings. All fibers are sized for optimum compatibility with both polyurethane and polyester based resin systems.

Nexgen Installation
Fiberglass sheet piling is installed using standard pile driving equipment. Low frequency vibratory hammers and plate tampers are common methods of installation. Due to its rigidity, FRP sheet piling is often easier to drive than its thermoplastic counterparts.
